Enatom: the anatomy atlas of the future in one app

Exciting news!

At the beginning of May 2023, our students will receive free digital access to Enatom. The International Academy of Osteopathy is therefore the first school to implement this new technology.

Enatom?

Enatom is the anatomy atlas of the future in an app. It combines 3D photo-realistic anatomy and cutting-edge visualization technology. In Enatom, respect and admiration for the human body come together in a high-quality anatomy learning experience that can be used anywhere, anytime. ”

The app is a real added value for our students. Grégoire Lason, director of the IAO, agrees: “The mission of the IAO is to train safe and high-quality osteopaths, and we attach importance to Evidence Based Practice. Because we expect our students to always act on the basis of scientific knowledge, Enatom is a huge asset! The app gives students 24/7 access to a digital anatomy atlas, anywhere in the world.”

Innovation

In addition to Evidence Based Practice, The International Academy of Osteopathy also attaches great importance to innovation. We are therefore very proud to be able to offer this app to our students. “The IAO has always been a pioneer of blended learning. Our education consists of a combination of classroom education and e-learning. In Enatom we found an innovative partner who, like us, strives for a modern way of teaching,” says Grégoire Lason.

All this is nicely summarized on the Enatom website: “Students can learn anatomy and repeat it endlessly, whenever they want. Based on the most realistic model of human anatomy, the human being itself, healthcare professionals everywhere in the world can gain access to a wealth of anatomical information, visualized using the very latest technology.”
